Our tailor made range of Water Treadmill and Vibration Therapy treatments are designed to suit the individual needs of horses with both fitness and rehabilitation programmes in a safe and controlled environment. The low concussive nature of the treadmill and vibration therapy can help enhance and develop strength and fitness in your horse with minimal impact. Treatments can be purchased as single sessions or discounted bulk packages.
AquAEquestrian can also offer residential livery packages for your horse, either as part of rehab or part of its fitness training. Many of our of our clients are referred by leading veterinarians and surgeons. Your horse will be stabled in our dedicated therapy yard where it will be cared for by our fully trained staff. It will benefit from a tailor-made exercise programme during its stay, which can include the water treadmill, vibration therapy or our horse walker. We also have plenty of off road hacking right from the yard. Your insurance company may even cover the costs of the treatments and livery. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
AE is equipped with the latest ECB aqua treadmill, which boasts a range of integrated functions such as incline and chiller properties.
Our chiller unit is operational on Mondays. Normal aqua treadmill sessions are available on Tuesday to Friday, with later opening hours on Wednesdays and Fridays.
AE is also equipped with two vibrating floors, the FMB Combi Floor, which includes Pulsed Electromagntic Field (PEMF) therapy, and the Theraplate.
Vibration therapy can be booked Monday to Friday, either alongside a treadmill session or as a stand alone treatment.
